I'm Colin Bragg. I've worked every level of change, from engineer to project manager to portfolio and PMO lead, central and embedded. That shapes how I run a PMO: close to the work, pragmatic, and focused on outcomes over paperwork.

Team reassigned, budgets never baselined, dates committed without estimation and repeatedly missed. I told the client's Head of Change the dates were unachievable and arrived with a re-plan. Rebuilt the team, audited every project, baselined every budget and introduced joint prioritisation and self-serve reporting.
Outcome: the relationship moved from chasing information to working together on priorities.
Buyer-side separation of a ~1,500 application estate across multiple European countries, with a team of around 20 engineers. Every application was either migrated, rationalised or retired.
Outcome: 300 to 350 applications migrated in nine months.
Portfolio PMO lead for the divestment of a European division to a private equity buyer, across the UK, France, US and Singapore. Tracked TSA exit and led the application contract separation workstream on an interim basis.
Created and ran central governance and reporting into senior leadership. Four direct reports, coached around a dozen PMs, and tracked benefits realisation across the change portfolio.
